Also just because the client appeared while you were on the retailers website does not mean you were infected on that website. Often times these kinds of programs get installed from a trojan that is already on your computer. It will may appear from the second you first get infected with the trojan or days and weeks later. Thanks to this website, I think I have removed it successfully. The file name may not be all random digits any more. It seems to be evolving continuously. The file name I had on my system was LGMGP06302.exe -- so there may be some random alphabets and numbers associated with the file names.
